Every new machine we sell comes with a manufacturer’s warranty and should you experience any issues within the warranty period, or indeed after, we are here to help. We cover all warranty work on everything we sell, most warranties are on a return to base basis. If you are unable to return the machine we do offer a collection & delivery service. If the manufacturer doesn’t cover the cost of collection & delivery under their warranty policy the customer will be charged.  We can deal with all warranty claims from products that we sell. There is no need for you to deal with the manufacturer as we can take care of this for you. Please note most extended warranties are subject to annual servicing by approved dealers. The service invoices will be required to progress with warranty claims.
